Cancellations | No Shows: Your appointments are reserved especially for you! We value your business & ask that you please respect our scheduling policies. When booking an appointment here at The Hive, we require a working credit card on file. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the booked services. Should you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel day of, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service will be charged.
